IMPORTANT NOTICE: Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) programme - DU The admission process for bachelor in management studies (BMS) in Delhi University will begin on June 7, 2014. The admission process will be held online June 7-18 by the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS). The admit card will be delivered to the candidates through email between June 20-22. The forms will cost Rs.500 for general, other backward classes and children of war widows (CW) candidates while it is Rs.250 for scheduled caste/scheduled tribe and disabled candidates. This is the only course of DU undergraduate programme for which an entrance test is being conducted. The entrance test will be held in designated exam centres only in the Capital on June 26 from 3 pm to 5 pm (tentatively). Equal weightage of 50% will be given to merit (Class XII score) and the BMS entrance exam. The results and the list of candidates selected for counselling will be displayed on July 4 at 5 p.m.(tentative). However, instead of an interview, there would be counselling. The first counselling will be held on July 6 and two days time will be given to the students to take admission. FMS will then notify the students of vacant seats, and hold further counselling sessions if required. For instance for the first counselling, qualified students will have to take admission on July 7 and 8 between 10am to 1pm in the respective colleges. Then on July 8 at 5pm, the status of vacant seats will be made clear by the faculty. Other counselling sessions have been scheduled for July 10, 13 and 17 respectively.
