IMPORTANT NOTICE OF ERROR We at the Allentown Tenant Association do everything we can to ensure that our information is accurate. We have recently come to find out that properties on our slumlord list of properties under the name CDC Developers, are NOT owned by Joe Clark, but in fact CDC is owned by his son Joey Clark and Travis Decker (business partner). We want to clarify that at no time was Joey Clark ever called a slumlord, the error was the listing of his properties under his fathers name on our website. So the properties listed CDC will be removed from the slumlord property list. We met with Joey Clark, Thursday morning and in fact looked at two properties being rehabbed one being on Hall St. and the other on Oak St. both looked to be receiving quality attention, as a matter of fact Hall St. looked very nice. The Allentown Tenant Association apologizes to CDC Developers, namely Joey Clark and Travis Decker for any negative effects from the properties being listed on our slumlord property list. Again to clarify Joey Clark was never listed as a slumlord, mistakingly his properties were on a list under his fathers name, CDC properties will be removed.
