IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING RULE CHANGES – MECCEMA TWO MANAMGEMENT Driving of Golf Carts by Minors Unless utilized bona fide for the purposes of playing a legitimate round of golf, or for the purposes of staff and service suppliers to Meccema 1, Meccema Two or MECC carrying out their daily tasks, operators of golf carts must be in the possession of a valid driver’s licence. The Contravention Penalty for not being in possession of a drivers license will increase to R5,000 with immediate effect. Use of Community Centres All community centres are off limits to minors from sunset to sunrise unless the responsible resident/parent has booked the facility and the responsible resident/parent is present for the full duration of the function. Unsupervised minors found at the community centres between the hours of sunset and sunrise will be instructed by security to vacate the area. Failure to adhere to the instructions of the security officer/s to vacate the area will result in a Contravention Penalty of R1,000 per minor. Gatherings at Pani Dam Clubhouse MECC maintains that no gatherings are allowed at the Pani Dam Clubhouse unless authorised by MECC in writing. Any minors gathering in this area will be instructed by security to vacate the area. Failure to adhere to the instructions of the security officer/s will result in a Contravention Penalty of R1,000 per minor. The Board strongly disapproves of the unacceptable behaviour of youths under any circumstances and is duty-bound ensuring that the Estates assets are not vandalized and residents not disturbed. Residents who book community centres are obliged to inform youths under their supervision of the rules of conduct, and to abide by the regulations and rules of conduct when using community centres. Unruly behaviour will no longer be tolerated.
