IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS Arising from the senate meeting of tuesday, 28th may, 2013, all matriculated students are enjoined to ensure that they are captured in the on-going students audit as directed by National Universities Commission (NUC). The following are the step by step activities to be observed in the audit process: BATCH II 2012/2013 FRESH STUDENTS- There is no more payment of acceptance fees for the Batch II 2012/2013 fresh students that have already paid the acceptance fee. (I) verification of credentials for batch II 2012/2013 fresh students ends on 6th June, 2013. (II) Students in this category are to start payment as from 3rd June, 2013. (II) Payment ends on tuesday 11th June, 2013. (III) Identity cards will be issued between thursday 13th june and monday, 17th june, 2013 (IV) Batch II examination starts from wednesday 19th June to monday 24th june, 2013. BATCH II RETURNING STUDENTS (I) All affected matriculated students are to proceed to their departments & obtain certificates indicating their current classes in line with official departmental records. (II) The certificates are to be taken to the ICT centre for updating of profiles. (III) Those who know that they will be unable for any reason to pay all their accumulated fees up to 2012/2013 session by the end of the deadline should indicate "LEAVE OF ABSENCE (L.O.A.)" on their profile for the 2012/2013 session. (IV) Print out profile for payment. (V) All matriculated students mus generate thecourse forms for all the missing years up to the current year. (VI) Those with "LEAVE OF ABSENCE (L.O.A)" must also generate forms up to 2011/2012 session. (VII) Copies of the duly completed registrationfor­ms should be submitted to the Heads of Department. (VIII) All processes (registration & payment) must be concluded by 17th June, 2013. (IX) Collection of identity cards is from thursday, 20th june to monday, 24th june 2013. (X) Batch II examination commences on the 26th of june and ends friday,5th july, 2013. ALL MATRICULATED STUDENTS MUST ENSURE THAT THEY ARE CAPTURED IN THE CURRENT NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES COMMISSION (NUC) AUDIT AS INDICATED ABOVE.
