IMPORTANT SDN UPDATE: This is a message for our loyal customers & are newly acquired customers at the very successful Ideal Home Show. Due to explosive growth over the past few months we have and to move to larger premises again & during this time have encountered some teething problems. We have installed extra equipment / processes and hired more staff & combined with training this has led to delays in both the dispatch of items and time responding to customer queries. 2 days ago we made a company decision to halt sales in order for us to complete the move and catch up on CS and implement new processes. We apologise for the delay it has taken to dispatch some items and respond to you. We are now as of 4pm today up to date on FB messages and on monday on emails. This is within our stated 48 hr policy for responding to queries. Tomorrow our team will be continuing on your queries and we are all here to improve your customer experience and bring you some of the best deals available on the net!! From tomorrow our great deals will be back and we have some crackers so dont miss out!!!
