IMPORTANT STORY This is a sad story of police mind set. Back in 2013 a downs syndrome man of 26 years was killed much like Eric Garner. At a movie theater with his caregiver. Stepped back in after leaving theater and talked back to cops who told him he had to leave. As you can see from his picture, this man was clearly special needs. Yet police felt in necessary to aggressively restrain this 300 lb man in this way. So i post this to make a larger point. We are presently focused on police brutality. And mostly racially based issues. I get it. However this and other recent headlines indicate the problem is wider than just race or even brutality. HUEmanity is at stake. We are loosing grip on our personal HUEmanity. We dont care as a collective as much as we do as individuals. Black white brown yellow red and green....we are all HUEmans. We better figure this out....
