*****IMPORTANT*****WINDOWS 8 USERS***** If you are currently using Windows 8 there is a BAD UPDATE that has been crashing computers. We have not pinpointed the exact update that is causing this issue, but when we do, we will let you know! In the meantime, please backup your data so that you do not lose any important files in case this happens to you. Most new computers now come loaded with software to help you create recovery discs.
