After the Lord told Abraham to fear not, the Lord stil allowed fear or horror of great darkness to fall on him. ☆ He told Abraham, Fear not in Genesis 16:1, ☆ Yet, He allowed horror of great darkness to fall on Abraham in verse 12 of the same chapter. That He told you fear not does not mean He will not permit fearful or horror to come; rather it means He wants you not to allow the fear into your heart and let your faith to be put into courage. . There is no courage unless there is real danger. Courage is a demonstration of faith in real danger or in a horror of fear. Dont be fearful even when the Lord allows the fearful. Jesus knew the storm and tempest would arise as they journeyed in the ship together with His disciple. Yet, when they woke Him up from sleep, He arose and rebuked the storm and wind; but He also asked them, Why are you fearful, oh you of little faith? . The Lord may allow fearful horror on your path to allow you build your courage. Apply your faith into courage in face of your greatest fears.
