(END) This manipulative angle to justify murder of Michael Brown reminds me of the manipulative angle used also to justify murder of Trayvon Martin. And, it worked. Prosecutors in the Zimmerman case kept focusing on Whose voice is it heard on the tape screaming? That was irrelevant. Regardless of who was screaming during a fight, it is who provoked and started the fight, had a gun and shot an innocent person doing nothing wrong - that matters. In the Michael Brown/Darren Wilson case, it does not matter that Brown was an alleged aggressor while in the police car, or even if he verbally threatened Wilson’s life. At the time when Brown was shot 7 times, he was not near Wilson, but, running away from him. Nor did Brown have a weapon. Thats what matters circumstantially. Brown was not an actual threat to Wilson when he was shot. He was running away from Wilson, heard and felt gunshots, turned around, put his hands up to surrender, a distance from Wilson, utterred Dont Shoot and was shot!
