IN MOSQUES ON FRIDAYS, TIJANIAS GATHER IN A GROUP AND CIRCLE THEMSELVES AROUND A WHITE CLOTH TO DO ZIKR. THIS METHOD IS CALLED TARREEKA. TAREEKA MEANS A WAY TO SEEK CLOSER TO ALLAH THROUGH ZIKR. IT COMPRISES OF ASTAGFRALLAH, SALLATUL NABIH, AND LAILLAHA ILLAH. I will like you to join me in scrutinizing Tareeka if it is a Bida or not? Did Allah say we should Remember Him? (Zikr) and How often? Allah says, And Remember Allah with much remembrance. (Ahzab: 41). The adjective Much means more and more and more 1stly, DOES ALLAH ENDORSES INDIVIDUAL OR GROUP ZIKR? Abu Huraira (ra) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: Allah (sw) says, I am just as My slave think of Me, and I am with him if he remembers Me in himself; I too, remembers him in Myself; and if he remembers me in group of people, I remember him in group that is better than that. Sahih Muslim. The Book of Remembrance. This hadith says, Allah is with an individual or a group of individuals that remembers Him (Zikr.) (i) ASTAGFRALLAH. Allah says, ...Seek forgiveness of Allah; for Allah is oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. (Sura Al-Nisa verse 104) (ii) SALLATUL NABIH. Allah says, InnaLlah wal malaikatihi yussaluuna alaa Nabih. Yaayuhal-laziina aamanuu sallu alaihi wassalamuu tasliman. (Sura Al-Ahzab verse 56) (iii) ILALLAH ILLALAH AT ZUWIYAT (Homes) AND MAJLIS. Sahih Muslim Vol. 1. Chap 3 Hadith #453. Abu Said Al-Khudri (ra) narrated that Allahs Messenger said, Make you dying people say: La ilaha illallah (There is no God but Allah) Alhamdulillah! BOTH QURAN AND HADITH APPROVED OUR GATHERING TO DO DO ZIKR. Now let us see if Quran endorses the mentioning of Allahs name (Aillallah) in the Mosque? Allah says in Sura Baqara verse 114. And who is more unjust than he who forbids that in the places for worship of Allah (Mosque), His name (Illallah) should not be celebrated (praised)? (Baqara verse 114.). This verse indicates the wrath and curse of Allah upon whoever stops those praising Him (Allah) in the Mosque. THE USE OF WHITE CLOTH. Allah approved the use of white cloth to decorate his place of worship. This evidence is clearly seen on Kabba, its floor and vicinity. Pilgrims use white cloth during Al-Tawaf as well. Let the bellow picture proves the use of white cloth to decorate a place of worship and praise of Allah. Tijanias are therefore on the right path to use a white cloth to praise Allah and Rasul (saw). After wards: ONLY SHAITAN WILL NOT AGREE WITH ALL THE ABOVE. SO THEREFORE TIJANIAS ARE DOING EXACTLY WHAT RASUL (SAW) DID. SHOULD SOMEONE TELLS YOU RASUL (SAW) DID NOT DO WHAT WE ARE DOING, PLEASE LET HIM READ THIS. ARE YOU NOW PROUD TO BE A TIJANIA? I am, in sha Allah. #BTO.
