IN REAL ESTATE - I was dealing with an agent who is difficult - she just talks loudly and never takes a breath. What makes it worse, is that she has a client who thinks she can negotiate the price down - wants the hardwood floor in the dining room ripped up and replaced - a new bathroom sink - and a new microwave. Agent called in a panic (at eight oclock at night) to say that her client had broken her lease, landlord was throwing her out, and she needed to move this weekend. Oh yes.... that is exactly the kind of person that you would want as a tenant. Warning - if you are crazy - find an agent who can keep their mouth shut, and quiet the chaos. Unfortunately, thats not how it works. Bizarre people have some kind of radar to find each other.
