The Respondents are to file and serve on the Applicant their answering affidavits (if any) or any other answer to the applicant on or before the 31st October 2014. 2. The Applicant shall file and serve on the Respondents her replying affidavit, if any, on or before 3rd November 2014. 3. The parties shall file their respective heads of argument by the 5th day of November 2014. 4. The matter shall argued at the High Court in Gaborone on the 6th November at 0930 hours. 5.
