Rajeev Kant Tiwari son of Om Nath Tiwari , Resident of village Gurudatt Ka Pura, Lotadh, Meja, District Allahabad. ---------------Respondents To, The Hon’ble the chief Justice and his other companion Judges of the aforesaid court. The humble application on behalf of the abovenamed applicant most respectfully showeth as under. 1. That the caveator has passed Basic Teacher Certificate Training from DIET, Allahabad and is otherwise fully eligible and qualified for being appointed as Assistant Teacher in the Primary Schools run and controlled by the Basic Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad. 2. That the Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh sent a proposal to the State Govt. for the appointment of 15,000 Assistant Teachers in the Primary Schools across the state vide its proposal dated 06 Aug 2014. 3. That the State Govt. accorded the approval for the appointment vide order dated 12.11.2014 and directed the Secretary, Basic Siksha Parishad to submit final schedule for the appointment after co-ordinating from NIC and U.P. DESCO, Lucknow. 4. That the Secretary, Basic Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh after obtaining the consent of NIC & U.P. DESCO, sent the schedule for the said appointment to the State Govt. vide its letter dated 02.12.2014 and requested the Secretary, Baisc Education to issue the Govt. Order for the said appointment. 5. That the Secretary, Basic Education Lucknow has issued the Govt. Order No. 5041/79-5-2014 (10) / 2010 Dated 09.12.2014 for the said appointment. 6. That the caveator has come to know that the proposed petitioners are proposing to file a Civil Misc. Writ Petition before this Hon’ble Court against the Govt. Order No. 5041/79-5-2014 (10) / 2010 Dated 09.12.2014 passed by the Secretary, Basic Education, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow. 7. That it is therefore expedient in the interest of justice that this Hon’ble Court may very kindly be pleased to direct the petitioners to serve a complete copy of the writ petition to the Counsel of the Caveator and further be pleased to provide the caveator an opportunity of hearing before passing any order in the writ petition, in case the same is filed before this Hon’ble Court, against the Govt. Order No. 5041/79-5-2014 (10) / 2010 Dated 09.12.2014 passed by the Secretary, Basic Education, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, otherwise the caveator shall suffer an irreparable loss and injuries. PRAYER It is , therefore , most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble Court may very graciously be pleased to direct the petitioners to serve a complete copy of the writ petition to the Counsel of the Caveator and further be pleased to provide the caveator an opportunity of hearing before passing any order in the writ petition, in case the same is filed before this Hon’ble Court, against the Govt. Order No. 5041/79-5-2014 (10) / 2010 Dated 09.12.2014 passed by the Secretary, Basic Education, Govt. of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow, so that justice be done.
