IN THE MATTER OF KERIO UNIVERSITY The Mother/Main Kerio University will be established in Chesongoch, Marakwet East. Its constituent colleges will be established in Keiyo South and Marakwet West and any interested University will take over Tambach Teachers Training College as its campus. This was the outcome of the gathering of the EMC Political class in Lelin Resort, Tambach yesterday The Political Leadership comprising of EMC Members of County Assembly, Honourable Members of the National Assembly Kiptanui Kamai of Keiyo South, Dr. Murgor of Keiyo North, William Kipkemoi Kisang of Marakwet West and David Kangogo Kakuko Bowen of Marakwet East as well as EMC Governor Eng. Alex Tonui Tolgos, EMC Women Representative Dr. Susan Chebet and EMC Senator Onesmus Kipchumba Murkomen ostensibly premised their decision on Equity and Unity Ultimately, this is the way to go that we may have a County we may all pride in. We therefore gradually erase the perception of marginalization, discrimination and exclusion of Markweta.
