IN THE MATTER OF THE (REBEL MPS) Vs ATTORNEY GENERAL HOLDEN AT THE SUPREME COURT; this is my opinion in support of the courts ruling; Am a passionate believer in the rule of law and constitutionalism and it is my considered opinion that justice was not only done but seen to be done as the learned Justices deemed fit in the circumstances. It is trite law that when there is a substantive application with sound prospects of success, the courts of law are enjoined and should be pleased to grant such reliefs and or remedies pending the final outcome of the application. Suffice it to say that the expulsion of the rebel MPs would have caused them irreparable damage in terms of their political fortress which may not be atoned by any level of compensation. To that end, JUSTICE WAS SO DELIVERED!!!
