Who makes my feet like hinds’ feet [able to stand firmly or make progress on the dangerous heights of testing and trouble]; who sets me securely upon my high places. who teaches my hands to war, so that my arms can bend a bow of bronze (Ps18:33,34). For my sake, He has gone forth like a mighty man; He stirs up His zeal like a man of war. He cries out, yes, shout aloud; He prevails against my enemies (Ish42:13). For He has broken the gates of bronze, And cut the bars of iron in two (Ps107:16). Who prepares a table before me in the presence of my enemies; Who anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me All the days of my life; And I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever (Ps23:5,6).
