IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE: The remarkable swiftnes with which this event will occur signifies uhe blessed hope for all believers; we shall be caught up to meet our long-awaited Saviour; we shall be changed forever from troubled mortals to triumphant immortals; all our pains, sorrows, heartaches, sicknesses, discomforts, trials, persecutions, troubles and tears will be forgetten; there will be unprecedented peace, unspeakable joy and unlimited bliss shall be ours forevermore. What a glorious moment! But for the siners, IN THE TWINKLING OF AN EYE: they are desolately left behind! The time of grce is over and their fate is decided; they are in for the great tribulation, the unbebrable mixture of the fury of the despised God with the terrors of the antichrist and the torments of his legions of demons. In great panic and anguish they wil cry to the rocks and mountains fall on us hide us (Rev6:16-17). What a fearful time it wil be! What do you stand today? What is your state? Any moment from now the trumpet will sound. Are you ready, ready for the coming of the Lord? Watch and pray lest that day meets you unawares(luke 21:34).
