INBOXED : could you please post the following message? What can one do regarding Rowdy Neighbours? I have neighbours that party every chance they get, yesterday was one of those nights that they partied until the wee hours of the morning, i asked them to quiet down at 01h30am for them to just continue like nothing happened and start banging on stuff to make matters worse, then i called 10111 to send out a van to the neighbours as maybe that would help, just to find out an hour later that the complaint was not enacted, it fell on deaf ears at the police. I am really at my Wits End with the partying of this neighbours and worst of all is that he is a Law enforcement Officer hosting the parties all the time... sickening!!!
