INCLEMENT weather caused a three-hour delay in the start to the second round of the PGM Perlis Classic at Kelab Golf Putra in Perlis today and played havoc with the scores in the RM150,000 tournament. However, even the awful weather, which still had winds of up to 35km/h in the afternoon, could not hold down Sukree Othman, who shot a one-over 73 and opened up a single stroke lead at the top of the leaderboard.
