IND v PAK MELBOURNE: 2002 saw the start of Aussie Rules going beyond the boundaries of Australia with the introduction to an International Cup. And now, 2014 saw a clash between two countries that have been counted as rivals on the sporting fields for decades; India and Pakistan. While Pakistan gave India a real beating, the take away was that multiculturalism and integration into the heart of Australian ways appeared to be finely interlaced throughout the event. We heard from the players themselves, from the AFL Victorian community engagement manager as well as Richmond football Clubs very own Aaron Edwards right after his VFL game against the Bombers. He said, it was a great way to begin a multicultural clash between two countries. A true highlight on the AFLs calendar, is an Australian Football tournament being played by players from around the world. https://youtube/watch?v=XqfLrmz9gRc&feature=youtu.be
