INDEED THE SAVIOUR OF THE WORLD The Samaritans saw for themselves and affirmed: “….He is indeed the Saviour of the world.” In John 4:1-42 the account of people who were expecting a Messiah is revealed. Yea they were expecting him; they were not aware that he was already in the world. We know that a Messiah is simply defined as a saviour or liberator; one who can and has the capacity or certified to save and deliver people from their helpless or dying states. Different people have claimed to be saviours or the sort, but they’ve failed or have never lived up to their claims and biddings. Before the introduction of the N1,000 currency note in Nigeria, there were never fakes. There can only be fakes when there exists the Original! That is why there are so many fakes of Saviours and the like’s professors. If there is no pain, you don’t tell someone “please endure”. If there is no problem, there is no need for panacea applications to an issue. If all was well with the world there was no need for a SAVIOUR to be sent. The introduction of Jesus to the troubled world is still been contested till date by Fakers, evil Philosophy, cosmic science, common sense and, and and and…. Of course their root and founder, is the father of lies, father of fakers and anything opposite the Truth… the Devil! The Devil is has not given up the fight against man… this fight that is as old as the foundations of the world… right from the Garden of Eden. A fight that was informed of jealousy because of the love of God for man; this love of God has not waned… when HE made provision for man from Eden. God has renewed this love year after year, generation after generation through various Medias and Mouthpieces (Ministers and Churches of God). Oh what a grace… God is Faithfull hallelujah! This Samaritan woman and the throng that responded to her call are a perfect example of the love of God for man. Let me abbreviate because of this medium and time thus: • This woman was a terrible dirty person in behaviour and living – married to five men before and living with a sixth one that is not a certified marriage… hmnn terrible! • How can Jesus be discussing and asking for water from such a character, whom He knew in out her dirty life – a character whom the society appalled and ostracized to live a wasteful life; committed to the shelve of uselessness… she is used to hearing “forget her” openly and in gossips • She and the others were not aware of the existence of the Saviour… the one they were expecting, that will assuage their helpless situations. • They had a religion and faith that was baseless condemning each other – Jews versus Samaritans • All were ignorant of the POTENCY of Jesus’ remedies to their helpless cravings and doomed lives by the father of Liars • Jesus has Living Waters that can quench “all thirst” forever – people were ignorant that the answers to their problems was at their doorstep, living with them! • Others who were invited in doubt testified and affirmed for themselves vs 42, and made Jesus to abode with them 2 more days NOW THINK OF THE ABOVE AND MORE THAT TIME COULD NOT PERMIT ME HERE: • Have you heard about Him before? Like the Samaritans or Jews; bragging about your religion, position, score-sheet or CVs etc, etc • How many times have you invited Him to stay with you in your place and for how long did you accommodate Him • Jesus is still here today calling and asking for water from you… yea; you that seems condemned, rejected, hopeless and finished! Also for you the Mr. I-belong-to-xyz-church, Mr. Am-ok, or the Mr. Righteous & Holy Guy • There is a Water that we need to sort from Jesus; this water quenches ALL THIRSTS! - Financial, marital, health, business, political, mental, community and relational or any other etc - Ask Him for that Living water now. Because the bliss bobbling of that water is everlasting Vs 14
