The letter reads, Further to the violent disturbance that led to your suspension from the university on 2nd December 2014, you are hereby required to do the following: 1. Submit a written account of events that you witnessed happening on campus on around 29th November and the 1st December 2014 related to the violent disturbances and suspension of students? 2. Indicate in the written account your personal involvement in the disturbances? 3. If you saw or know of anybody involved in the disturbances you may wish to also mention their names in your written account? 4. Indicate the reason(s) why you did not obey the order to clear out of your room in the halls of residents, to leave it in good order and to hand in the room keys at the porters lodge; and to leave the campus by 12:00 on december 2014? 5. Provide any other information in your written account that you may consider useful to the university on the matter? •Your written account will help us to determine what happened from your point of view. •please finalise your written account with the statement I confirm that this statement is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge.
