Elections are about 3 weeks away, you are displaying list of accredited observers, has every Nigerian been issued a PVC? You released a list claiming to have distributed 38m cards out of 68m registered voters when in actual fact, what you have done is sent out 38m cards to the INEC offices for collection. Hundreds and thousands of uncollected voters cards litter the INEC offices with adhoc staff that are not ready to do their job without first being cajoled, threatened, petted, etc. Kilode?
