INFECTION UPDATE. Many thanks to those of you showing kind support and interest about the mysterious infection from the suspected exotic spider bite on the back of my head. Just to let you know that there has been some improvement. The 2 courses of antibiotics appear to have stopped the really painful inflammation. I am still left with a large hard egg shaped mass that is about the size of a golf ball on the back of my skull, just under the large bone. The serious pain has gone and at least I am beginning to be able to think a bit more clearly. Will have to wait and see what develops. x Si.
