***INFORMATION FOR SATURDAY*** CCHS BAND Contest Info: Weaver Marching Contest Saturday September 28, 2013 Weaver High School Meet at Bandroom 10:00 am - Practice before we load and go. Perform 3:15 pm Checkout After performance. Awards 7:15 pm Return to CCHS approx. 9:00 pm See attached schedule for other bands at the contest. Important Info: Trailer will be unloaded from the previous night. Wear black shirts to travel in. Wear a different shirt for Friday’s game. Aux. will dress when we arrive at the contest. Booster will have a meal for you before we leave. After performing we will change and go back into the stadium. Have money for dinner and snacks. There will be no going back to buses once we are inside after performing. Drum Major, Section Leaders, Band Captain and Seniors will go out for awards. These members should have their uniforms to wear when they go out for awards. You may leave if you are signed out. Those checking out can do so after the designated time. Sign out sheets will be going in the stadium when we go in. So parents should sign you out ahead of time. Directions to Weaver: Take Hwy 431 north of Anniston toward Alexandria. Take a right on Saks Rd. Go straight at the intersection with Lenlock Lane. Go about 1 - 2 miles then turn right on Clairmont Dr. Go ½ mile and school is on the left.
