INITIAL EXERCISE : Meet the Master--> Your Own Subconscious -Supplies : a pen and pad. -Time : before bedtime/rest -Instructions : Take the pen and pad to bed. Before you close your eyes to sleep. Whisper aloud I want to remember my dreams. Go to sleep {if you require immediate sleep positions, inbox} ...In the morning, awaken slowly. Write down your dream, the symbols, the scenarios, the perspective way you visualize your dreams. Try to control your space where you can awaken slowly. Do not jump up nor have an alarm on. Wake up,Lay there, think about your dream. Come out of your subconscious slowly, reflecting what youve experienced, what you witnessed or participated in. Write it, immediately. When you get online again. If you are inclined to share your message for further translation and/or confirmation, please do.
