INNALILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHIR RAJIUN... My Brothers and Sisters! It is my painful and heart-breaking feeling to inform you on the death of my Grandmother, Hajiya Amina. She has passed away (to the mercy of Allah) today after she had been sick and bedridden for a long period of time. Indeed, she was, to me, a great and beloved woman that I will forever miss and cherish. To me, this great loss, is deemed irreplaceable and unforgettable. Verily, she showed me motherly care, love and kindness. She guided me in my moral and spiritual quest. She helped me in being what Im today, in being relatively good. She had been my shelter, whenever I was stroke by distress and loneliness. She always welcomed me to her vastness of love with warm and life-changing gesture. She never got angry with me, except when found to be doing something wrong and unacceptable. She always held my hand to the righteous act that may bring me joy in my life. I cant forget the sound of her voice when she said to me in one occasion: Be a good boy, and never engage in doing bad things or keeping bad peaple as your company. YANUWA! I desperately solicit you to put her in your prayers that Allah may forgive her and make AlJannah her eternal abode on the day of Judgement. May Allah have mercy upon her soul and may He look over what she left behind. MAY ALLAH BRIGHTEN HER GRAVE AND MAY HE EXPAND IT FOR HER. MAY ALLAH MAKE HER ILLNESS A REDEMPTION FOR HER SINS. MAY ALLAH FORGIVE ALL THE DECEASED MUSLIMS AND MAY HE BLESS US WITH A GOOD ENDING.
