INPEX SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION, Tokyo for Magister Program 2014 INPEX SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION was established as nonprofit organization in Japan on March 1981 with donated fund by INPEX Corporation (the then name was Indonesia Petroleum, Ltd.) in commemoration of her 15th Anniversary in order to promote mutual understanding, friendship and goodwill through an exchange of students by means of scholarship awards. Under its international education exchange program, this FOUNDATION offers scholarship to lecturers of UGM who wish to study in the Magister Program of University in Japan. The scholarship is available for major of Natural Sciences. The scholarship will cover school expenses (entrance examination fee, entrance fee, tuition fee, etc.), monthly stipend of 160.000 JYP, air ticket (economy class), arrival allowance of 60.000 JYP. The length of scholarship is up to two years and eight months maximum. Requirements: Lecturer of UGM who are not more than 30 years of age Complete application form GPA minimum 3.0 (Proven with Official Academic Transcript) Certificate of Graduation Letter of Recommendation (confidential letter addressed to the FOUNDATION from the president or the advisory professor of the home university, and/or from the present employer (if currently employed)) Personal history and Personal Data (Curriculum Vitae) Health certificate made out by the medical doctor Admission certificate from the university or other research institute in Japan, if already obtained Japanese language proficiency, if any Proficient in English – TOEFL 550, Computer-based TEOFL 213, TOEFL IBT 60, or IELTS 6.0 (taken within 2 years) (TOEFL Prediction will not be accepted) A study plan in Japan A statement of purpose defining student’s academic career and personal motivations for studying abroad in Japan 2 photographs, 5cm x 3.5cm, of upper part of the body without hat.
