INSANITY CLASSES FOR NEXT FEW DAYS & SINGLET GIVE-AWAY! Due to instructor losing voice and strict instructions to rest it (Gary is happy!!! no nagging!!!!!) ... Insanity will be replaced with Metafit until Monday nights session. I am so sorry for this team, you know I love nothing more than to watch you sweat out those power minutes. I have been fighting a little bug which won in the end and need to make sure I am tip top for you all. For those of you on July Unlimitted... I will extend your Insanity sessions for 5 days into August. So tomorrow (Thursday) looks like this: 6:20am - Willy with Gaz and Insanity warm up 6:30am - Yarraville with Karen B 9:30am - MAPA - Karen M 6:30 & 7:30pm - Yarraville with Karen B Lets make these classes MASSIVE.
