INSPIRED BY THE REVELATION (The Quran attests that) Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) was indeed God’s messenger on a straight path – a witness, a herald and a warner, inviting others to God by divine leave – an illuminating lamp. (It declares that) the Prophet had neither strayed, nor was he misguided and did not say (anything) of his own whim, but was inspired with a revelation. (It affirms that the Prophet) did not know the unseen, nor was he an angel, but he simply followed the revelation, and it was not up to him to change the wording of the revelation in any way. It proclaims that God sent the Messenger with guidance and the religion of truth, to distinguish it from all religions, however the pagans detested this.
