INTERNAL VIEW OF A YOGI Today, try entering all the forward bending poses as if you were entering a room. Carefully look inside your body and become aware of everything you see. I personally let my breath guide me and start at the Solar plexus and channel my vitality (awareness) into my tail bone and gradually up my spine till it reaches my head. I look around, cerebral cortex, brain with all its glands and third eye. And finally connect to my Vagus nerve as I follow it down to all my vital internal organs and smile. What do you see when you practice?
