INTERNATIONAL COORDINATOR Dear colleagues, zuishin, shihan, shidoin, senpai, kohai, by the present I’d like to formalize the creation of what in reality has been always existed inside our Federation, but that often has been excluded (certainly in good faith) giving origin to facts sometimes not nice, we are talking about the position of the International Coordinator (INTERNATIONAL COORDINATOR KEIKAI NO HOJI). This position has to plan/coordinate the activities of everybody who has the necessity the willing or has the simple pleasure to travel in some countries and meet the other colleagues who are working inside our Federation. The formal institution of this position, that for many reasons as historical and organizational is given to me, and to the HQ of the Wjjko/Wjjf in Milan, would not like to be an “obstacle” to the relation that every of you would like to create with the abroad colleagues but only one help in avoiding, always in good faith, the creation of some political implications and with them some disagreeable exploitations. Please according to the above writing, starting from now, would you mind in informing us by mails, or by fax your itinerary inside the chess of the Wjko/ Wjjf this in order to maintain inside our Federation equal and correct relationship of “neighbourhood” Kind regards Cari colleghi, zuishin, shihan, shidoin, senpai, kohai, con la presente vorrei formalizzare la creazione di ciò che nella realtà è sempre esistito allinterno della nostra Federazione ma che spesso e volentieri è stato eluso (di certo in buona fede) dando origine ad accadimenti spesso indesiderati, ossia la figura del Coordinatore Internazionale.(INTERNATIONAL COORDINATOR KEIKAI NO HOJI). Tale figura è colui che ha il compito di pianificare/coordinare le attività di tutti Voi che abbiano la necessità/volontà/il piacere e/o il semplice mero diletto di recarsi in altri paesi in visita di colleghi che operano allinterno della nostra Federazione. Listituzione formale di tale figura che ricade, per ovvie ragioni storiche ed organizzative, sulla mia persona e sullHQ della Wjjko/Wjjf sedente in Milano, non deve essere di impedimento ai rapporti che ognuno di Voi vorrà intrattenere con colleghi oltre confine ma solo di ausilio e per evitare che ci siano, nellambito delle “sempre” buone intenzioni di Voi tutti dei risvolti di natura politica e con essi delle spiacevoli strumentalizzazioni. Pertanto, espresso quanto sopra, Vi invito, da ora in poi a comunicarmi/ci per iscritto i Vostri eventuali spostamenti nello scacchiere della Wjko/ Wjjf al fine di mantenere allinterno della nostra Federazione equi e corretti rapporti di vicinato.
