INTERNET USE FORMS DUE NOW All students in grade 3 and all families with new students in grades 4 - 8 received an Internet Use Contract last week. All students in grades 3 - 8 received an addendum to this document. All new families must sign both documents and continuing families must sign and return the addendum. If you need to, you can download both documents from the Forms page of our website. Continuing students need not turn in the longer form, only the addendum. These documents are kept on file until the student graduates.
