INTOXICATED SUBJECT (EARLIER CALL 1-19-15): 1200 Blk of N. Main St. A named M that is there in the exam room, is intoxicated and on narcotic. He is physically unstable. He isnt believed to be causing a problem, but they are concerned when he leaves. Then they are stating he isnt recognizing the doctor, and they may want him committed. Then they went back to concerned about him driving. He said he drove there when he got there, but then said he didnt. He has no license. Short brown hair, W/M, 6, 290lb., camo shirt, and dark coat. #LapeerCity
