INTRODUCING...KARVER!! Karver is a 3-4 year old black smoke persian. He is fully vetted and (almost!) ready to go to his forever home. Once he heals up from his neuter surgery (another week or so), Karver will be ready to go! Karver was rescued from a Houston area kill shelter. He had been found as a stray, wandering the mean streets! He was found with the hachet haircut that he currently has - but his fur will grow out again and be BIG and beautiful (dude - Im not kidding about the big...do you see his ear hair?!?!). Karver is a really sweet, affectionate and loving boy. He loves people and attention. Once his testosterone levels dip down to the non-idiotic level (in another 3-4 weeks),he should be okay with other cats. And hes laidback enough that cat friendly dogs should be okay too. Because Karver is very playful and active, we are requiring that there be another young, active cat in his forever home - he needs someone to play and socialize with! So no only cat home for this boy, thank you. Karver is going to be a VERY high maintenance persian. He will require daily face cleaning (he dips his whole face in the water when he drinks). Karver has the cottony type of coat and it will be LONG - so daily (or at least every other day) grooming will definitely be required...unless he is shaved down every couple of months.
