INTRODUCTION I. BACKGROUND OF IBTC The Innovation Business Technology college is an Institution founded on 15, January, 2009 with his behavior now days as an institution of higher learning (college) reserve as VTC multimedia and Technician which was transformed into (IBTC) The Innovation Business Technology College. It was created by the expert young entrepreneurs need to be improve the quality of technology not theory but practical skills on the field. IBTC is governed by laws through it statutes and regulations are concerning VTC Education in Rwanda, the law regulating Labor in Rwanda IBTC internal Regulation accepted by its members. Main Objectives The IBTC aims at widening and deepening practical technology among the student involve his wealth in this stream among others. To provide the Rwandan and foreign public with National and international practical knowledge in technology (meant for their development) To provide the Rwandan and foreign public with various high practical technology To provide the care public with creation their own job and entertaining To contribute to the promotion of the Rwandan and foreign entertainment prosperous To ensure better of designer, film maker and builder mastering, to assure the exploitation of ICT skills Promoting education among the Rwandan community with particular focus of developing then our country to the EAC. Promoting in technical courses and skills development among the Rwandans Fighting jobless in order to reduce poverty in Rwanda. Providing skills with particular orientation to job creation rather than job seekers To serve the community Creating richness of practical knowledge with strong confidence and compete over the world. 1. IBTC VISION To be recognized in the Africa and the worldwide as an outstanding college teach and offering services of entertainment skills of international standards. IBTC is provisional need to prosperous the practical knowledge in technology more than theory knowledge in education system in Rwanda, Africa and the world. IBTC take care about accomplish in the wise personnel need to be ongoing with technology. Some our motto is “practical entertainment skills, empowering the talent” I.4 IBTC MISSION The deeper mission of IBTC is to produce the fruits in the world people with high practical knowledge technology through teaching which may enable them to become the world designer filmmaker both on the field and in factor. IBTC focuses on creating educational, economic and entrepreneurial opportunity through the effective use of ICT mostly (Adobe master collection), for communities and peoples in Rwanda, Africa and worldwide that are developing their talent. In this task it is wonderful to be by naturally a designer, film maker, a builder of world through the practical knowledge in technology. I.4. SOCIAL MISSION Fortunately IBTC has experienced with this practical knowledge in technology which means that it functions using mostly its own experience sharing with other super star in designer and film maker of the world. To develop modern arts technological service which will contribute to the social and economic development of Rwanda as well as to ensure continued universal skills in technology?
