INTRODUCTION TO THE PROPHETIC (The Spirit): NB: As much as can be revealed about the spirit-man, it is important to bear in mind the responsibility that rests upon one to get to realise such truths and walk in them physically. That would be a chapter of Transformation, which is not included here (*maybe later). Superman - Part 2 The Stature He who believes in me, as the scripture has said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. Primarily, every believer ought to know that Christ came to restore man to his position (where Adam fell). However, Adams position was a bit lower than what we gain in Christ. Adam was a living soul (Gen 2:7), while Christ is a source of life (1 Cor 15:45). We live in Christ (Col 3:3), and we are as he is here on earth (1 John 4:17). This literally means that we embody the source of life. Out of our bellies flows a river that gives life, because Christ is in us, as much as we are in him. Adam could not create life, but he could only replicate (multiply) and his duty was to sustain or maintain those results. Jesus is a heavenly being, and those born of him are created in his likeness, for that which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of Spirit is spirit. (John 3:6)... From the study of life, we learn that when a child is born there are certain attributes inherited from both parents. That makes the child a composition of atleast two people (mother and father). Similarly, a child of God is a composition of the parenting figures, that is God and, well... God alone... This suggests that you are a complete composition of God. Therefore, We should: - look and behave like him; as is the earthly, such are they also that are earthly: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthly, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. (1 Cor 15:48). This makes us the visible image of the invisible God. - think and perceive like him; For who has known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But WE have the mind of Christ. (1 Cor 2:16). This means we must know what God thinks and plans to do about peoples lives (The prophetic). ... To Be Continued ...
