INVESTMENT OFFICER - PART TIME - WARRAGUL Does the idea of working for a Gippsland based business, created for the Gippsland community sound appealing to you? Of course it does! Operating for over 40 years, our client’s successful finance company has grown to become one of the largest of its type in regional Victoria and is proud of its close connection to the community. This well established and highly respected company now requires the services of an Investment Officer on a permanent part time basis for their Warragul branch. Your responsibilities will include: • Handling customer enquiries • Opening new accounts • Processing deposits/withdrawals • Processing existing investments • Maintaining the client database • Office administration If you have experience in finance, such as the banking industry, we would be extremely interested in your application. Previous experience in office administration is preferred. You will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as strong computer skills, excellent problem solving capabilities and an in-depth understanding of client confidentiality. This role is primarily to cover lunch shifts and is offering 17.5 hrs/week. However, it is a requirement that you are able to work extra hours to cover staff sick leave and annual leave.
