Capital needed USD 15 million or EURO 10 million over 5 year period . -How far does that funding you need get you? The funding of USD 15 000 000 OR EURO 10 000 000 will bring me to the end of the project (all 3 phases, which is mentioned email 1 ) -Do you have any customers? Have you spoken to potential customers? Yes I have spoken to a very large number of clients and every single one was interested to buy houses in this category. -What does your team look like? What are your backgrounds? We have a number of subcontractors we are working with and I myself with over 30 years of experience, will oversee the whole project from the beginning to the end. -What kind of return can I expect and when? Well I do ask for a 5 year period and where I will see to it that every 6 months the interest will be paid over to you and every quarter you will receive dividends. That of course will all depend on your loan costs. -How much profit will the loan or capital invested make? an estimated ROI in total will bring a 8% to 10% ROI -How much money do you need for the project? USD 15 000 000 or EURO 10 000 000. You see this initial Principal capital will not be touched as a matter of fact, we will only utilised a certain percentage of the interest earned from the Principal capital. This all depends on the loan cost and % of ROI which is depending on your call? And at which rate you are willing to borrow, lending or investing with us. -How much money do you have invested in your venture? I am a Real Estate Agent and I do this for my client on his behalf but I am taking the whole development on my own risk. All the Government and City town council permits are now in place, including the General land surveyors layout and beacons. The land is valued at NAD 95 000 000 -Do you have experience in this field? YES I do and it is therefore that I see the potential in this project -Who is your competition? What are your plans to manage the competition? Yes in this specific case we don’t really have competition as it is not a high end upmarket development, more for the lower and medium income group and that range of family.
