INVITATION Visiting Artist from Finland Exhibition “Imagine There” Jaana Lonnroos, Finnish artist, curator and educator travelled to Geraldton and the Midwest in early 2013. She became fascinated with our artists and our landscape. When Jaana returned home to Finland she told her friends of her impressions of Western Australia, a place that many Finnish people would never visit. Jaana is back in the Mid West this coming weekend. The artistic output of her friends, their impressions of somewhere else that is not part of their usual experience, will be revealed in a brief exhibition at the new studio of well respected local artist, Bruce Bradfield. The tiny pop-up suitcase exhibition “Imagine There” will be on show for the afternoon. Jaana’s current visit is being hosted by Helen Clarke and friends. We welcome local artists and friends to Bruce’s studio on Monday afternoon the 27th @ 2 - 4pm at Lot 35033 Brand Highway, Greenough.
