IRAQ:....The Sunni position is understandable having ruled for decades until their arrow head Saddam was brought down.Also the new power brokers the Shiites instead of building an all inclusive government discriminated against them even in the military...ISIS became a willing platform for the Sunnis to assert themselves...But my opinion is that it is time for the Sunnis to cause its political arm to reach out to the West and commence negotiations on their role in the new Iraq government while they begin to tactically disassociate themselves from ISIS...or they will sink with them as the West will not allow a Caliphate to exist in the Middle East...Also I propose that Iraq be split into three (1) Kurd (2) Shiite (3) Sunni (4) Create a representative parliament (5)Ceremonial Presidency that rotates every 4 years...My Opinion
