IRCHA Is nearly here! We hope youre as excited as we are about this years amazing IRCHA (International Radio Controlled Helicopter Association) jamboree, and even more, we certainly hope you will be attending this awesome event! As always, HeliDirect will be attending IRCHA, and as our staff preps, prepares and gets ready for some crazy IRCHA fun, we want to make sure all our customers know that we will have limited support while we attend this event. In hopes of providing the best assistance we are able while the large majority of our staff is away, please note that our hours of operation via phone support will be set from 1:00pm - 5:00pm EST from August 4th - August 8th, and we will have no showroom support during this time frame. Due to this limited support, please note that wait times will be longer, so we urge all our customers to leave voice mails when prompted to, allowing our limited staff to respond as quickly as we are able. We certainly care about your business, and even though limited in support, we will make every attempt possible to take care of all phone support needs. During this August 4th - August 8th time frame, shipping of all orders will certainly continue, but please know that delays will take place. We place a premium on fast shipping for all orders placed via HeliDirect, but we do ask for your patience as we do our very best to continue all levels of support while the large majority of our staff is away.
