IRONICAL! Started taking non vegetarian food of late (mainly chicken and egg) after a gap of almost four years! I had almost decided to desist from eating it but I couldnt resist myself. Dont know the reason but its my inner feeling, Im more at peace with myself now after I turned into non vegan again than I was earlier during the last four years! Please dont get angry on me pure vegans, I very much respect your noble ideologies and solemn feelings and sentiments... Im not trying to prove vegetarians wrong nor am I trying to endorse non vegetarianism. Everything is to do with mind and nothing to do with body! Many of the manifestations of illness, ill will and ill feeling are purely psychosomatic!! ***************************************************************************************** One more striking thing I observe these days and I would like to share it with you, I was a voracious reader in English and almost forgot reading in Telugu for over a decade but I was not able to write a single good telling paragraph in English. Now for about one year Ive not been reading English (The Hindu and the like) much but only Telugu, mainly Namasthe Telangaana and other stuff. To my great surprise and excitement, I started getting all the English vocabulary in their proper places and the most appropriate words at my disposal and within my linguistic capacity and capability have started coming to my finger tips (I type more than write with pen) whenever I conjure up any idea in my mind. The brain started thinking in English and the mind has almost internalised it though the strong input these days is only Telugu! There had been a bitter war fought between the two languages, the first (Telugu and Hindi) and the second (English) in the neuro-zone (brain), but dont know, somehow these two now seem to have come to a perfect accord! Really interesting and can be a subject matter for some (neuro)linguistic research! Whatever, now I come to the strong conclusion that we can never be rich in other languages unless and until we are rich in our own language!! This is exactly what the famous linguists say that its only through ones mother tongue one gets his / her linguistic capability and the scope to learn and improvise in other languages!
