IS BONIFACIO A BISAYANG DAKU? Is Bonifacio a Bisdak? Does he - TopicsExpress

IS BONIFACIO A BISAYANG DAKU? Is Bonifacio a Bisdak? Does he have a blood of a Cebuano or Boholano or Ilonggo or Waray? Does he have the blood of Lapu-Lapu, the first to fight Spain? Is he a descendant of Francisco Dagohoy, a Boholano who led the LONGEST WAR against Spain and organized the Bohol Republic? Dagohoys real name is Francisco Sendrijas. But he got his name from the combination of dagon, a Cebuano word for a talisman, and hoyohoy , a Visayan term for a gentle wind. It was said that Dagohoy had the power to be invisible if he wanted, the power to see even in the darkest night, and the power to jump from hill to hill or across rivers. (Source is Wikipedia) These questions I ask in celebration today, 30 November 2014, of the 151st birthday of Andres De Castro Bonifacio, the TRUE HERO OF THE PHILIPPINES. I called him true hero of the Philippines because he is the first to have the courage to organize a sufficiently big revolutionary group of fighters that later won over the invaders, although he was already dead by that time due to the mock trial organized by jealousy and greed for power in the group of Emilio Aguinaldo. All other uprisings before the coming of Bonifacio, including that of Diego Silang, Francisco Dagohoy and the rest, ended up in tragedy. Many historical accounts said that Andres Bonifacio studied up to 2nd year high school at Guillermo Osmeñas school in Cebu. It was Andres who introduced blood compact among Katipuneros to weed out the half-hearted from the loyal. From where did Bonifacio learn about this blood compact? From another Boholano hero. Blood compact first came to be known when Bohol chieftain Datu Sikatuna insisted to have a blood compact with Miguel Lopez de Legazpi as a symbol of sincerity to the agreement. Is he a Bisdak?
