IS / IT Support Executive (Network Team) Responsibilities • Join the Network Infrastructure Team as second level support for System & Server Administration • Ensure maximum possible service availability and performance • Responsible for the overall execution of network and security management in all stages (Project or daily maintenance) • Design, implement and maintain Asia Infrastructure both WAN & LAN , including Servers, Network, Cisco Switch/Router and Network Management System etc • Conduct regular security awareness , audit , and provide detail schedule with report Requirements • A Diploma or Degree holder who possesses CCNA, CCNP, or any Technical Certificate will be advantageous • Hands-on experience in Enterprise IT product such as Cisco Router, VMware, EMC, HP Data Protector, • Strong knowledge in Wintel Server such as AD, DHCP, DNS and MX record. • Knowledge in MPLS, DM VPN, IP VPN Tunnel and Firewall management. • Able to provide IT solution and continue technical troubleshooting. • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • Able to conduct research into issues and products as required. • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations. • Highly self-motivated and directed. • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
