IS PARLIAMENT IN TOUCH WITH MWANANCHI NEEDS? Every now and then, - TopicsExpress

IS PARLIAMENT IN TOUCH WITH MWANANCHI NEEDS? Every now and then, we learn of laws (acts) passed by parliament to help Kenyans. Most of this laws emenate from private bodies that lobby the national assembly (most times cash changing hands), from the govt side or various other sources that have vested interests. I wont go into Mututho act; we agreed and moved on although police and chiefs are biggest beneficiaries by having their palm noted to turn a blind eye. Seriously, which idjut passed legislation that we all should have cashless fare payment by July? Unayo wewe that mode of cashless payment? I pity my grandma if the law is enforced. Now, someone high on water wants chewing of Miraa restricted between 5-10PM. Yeah right! Good luck in that.
