IS THIS AMERICA OR FIJI? Can the Supervisor of Election explain to the Fiji public as to why the FFP leader and his members are submitting their financial status and assets in US Dollars? Is this a requirement in their manipulative decree? This is Fiji and not the United States of America. The only reason we can deduce from this dishonest declaration is that they are once more trying to deceive the ordinary citizens by expressing their financial status in the strongest currency in the world to make the amounts look small but if expressed in the Fiji dollars we can see that these people (especially the leader and two Ministers) are paying themselves very exorbitant salaries. This type of salaries, if I could remember correctly, has never been paid to any PM or Minister in previous governments. I think their net worth is of no interest to the ordinary voter, and now we can see the type of tax payers money they are helping themselves with; and that is if those figures are authentic.
