THESE QUESTIONS THE MARABELLA POLICE FAILED TO ASK WHEN THEY WERE THERE NEWSDAY JUNE 23, 2 K 14 Pitbull kills stray dog in Marabella Monday, June 23 2014 RESIDENTS of Bay Road, Marabella were sent scampering for their lives when a pitbull escaped from his cage. The vicious pitbull, in his rampage, killed a stray dog along the street. According to police reports, at about 11.30 am the pitbull escaped from its owner’s premises and was seen wandering in the vicinity of Bay Road, Marabella. Reports are that the animal began rushing passing vehicles and growling at passers-by. Soon after the pitbull began chasing a stray dog. Within minutes the enraged animal tore the stray dog to pieces. Residents in the area said they were fearful and contacted police officers of the Marabella Police Station. However reports said that one resident managed to restrain the animal.
