IS YOUR LUNCH BOX MAKING YOU FAT OR FIT??? Struggle with your energy levels during the day?? No longer have convenience foods at lunch! Prepare your lunch with dinner the night before! Being organized will really help you! Breaded sandwiches will just bloat you and make you tired & make you look more fat! Consider these carbohydrates instead: sweet potato, red lentils, cous cous or brown rice Consider these protein types: fish, chicken, tofu, quorn, turkey, lean beef, lean pork. Consider these greens with your protein & carbohydrates: brocolli, asparagus, kale, peas, spinach. Dont eat enough healthy fats?? Add seeds, nuts, avocado to your lunch! Feel bloated & tired after a heavy lunch?? Consider splitting your lunch in to 2 or 3 smaller meals and eat every 3 - 4 hours to keep your energy levels more consistent! gavintownsend
