ISA WAZENDA tortured (appeared on NTV TUWAYE Programme by Frank Walusimbi) This is one of the saddest truth that I have heard of recent. Torturing a fellow human being, and moreover an innocent man, exerting on him exclusive brutality that can be deemed unacceptable if it was applied on a reptile! Such is irrevocable shame. And no explanation can outweigh such a mockery of human dignity, a desecration of the sacredness of God’s image and an act of galvanised heartlessness that has built up in the seared minds of those who have come to the point of believing that they own all that must be owned by the ordinary and hopeless of this world. God forbid!
